Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method and location at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Wayda’s Barbie Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hair extensions or related products.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order was fulfilled in error, please contact us at waydasbarbiecollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to be considered for review.
Wayda’s Barbie Collection reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet these conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
